Refer a friend rules 

  • Referrals can be made by candidates registered with Zed Recruitment 
  • Referrals can be made by clients of Zed Recruitment 
  • If the referral made is for a candidate already registered with Zed Recruitment then the referral will not apply
  • A candidate can only be referred to Zed once 
  • There is no limit on the number of referrals which can be made however only one referral can be made per candidate and a gift may only be given once for this candidate
  • A successful referral is when the referred candidate is successfully placed in a role by Zed Recruitment. For permanent roles, the referral gift can be claimed after three months of starting in the job. The same applies for fixed term contract roles. For temporary or contract roles, the gift can be claimed after 12 weeks continuous work 
  • There is no cash alternative for the gift and gifts are not for resale
  • The gift must be claimed within 6 months of the date when the referral became effective
  • If for some reason the gift is no longer available, an alternative will be offered 
  • Zed cannot guarantee provision of the gift by a particular date 
  • Zed Recruitment reserve the right to alter or discontinue Zed gifts
  • Notification of a referral must be made before or on the date of registration with Zed Recruitment. No retrospective referrals will be given
  • Responsibility for tax reporting lies with the recipient and Zed are not responsible for any risk or loss association with the provision of this gift
  • All Zed employees and family members are excluded from this scheme
