Zed is still a relatively new business who focuses on senior level recruitment within asset management / servicing and wealth management. We prefer working with a smaller amount of clients in order to get to know and understand them well and so that we can provide them with good services and find the talent they want.

Much of the work that we do is retained and so offers very high quality with the opportunity to get to know your client and candidates really well – and make a difference!

  • Experienced recruiters who already work at senior level or feel that this is what they want to do next. Their market experience must align with ours
  • Research / recruitment assistants who prefer to work candidate-side only
